Trustee Gershon’s Community Coffee Meeting, June 21st @ 9:15 a.m.

Hi Everyone,

It seems that the chart we shared earlier this week, comparing the major provincial party positions on education and how they stand next to Ontario Public School Boards’ Association’s priorities, has since been updated. This means the link shared in the original email is, unfortunately, no longer working. Please find the new link below.

2018 Provincial Party Election Platforms vs. OPSBA Priorities

You can find that document, and other information about the upcoming provincial election on OPSBA’s webpage.

A reminder that our last Community Coffee with Gerri will be Thursday June 21 at 9:15 am at Longo’s on Laird (on the second floor). I am looking forward to seeing you all again. In the meanwhile, have a great weekend and once again don’t forget to vote in the provincial elections on June 7th!

I apologise if our tentative meeting dates have had to change for a variety of reasons. Our last get together will be Thursday June 21 at 9:15 am at a Community Coffee with Gerri at Longo’s on Laird (on the second floor). I am looking forward to seeing you all again. Everyone is welcome- and bring a friend.  Again there will be a report from the Board however, there is no specific agenda- but rather an opportunity to share ideas, concerns and news about our neighbourhood schools. You will receive an invitation and reminder at the end of next week.

In the meanwhile, a reminder to vote in the provincial elections on June 7th. The Ontario Public School Board has put together a chart comparing the major party positions on education and how they stand next to OPSBA’s priorities. You can view it via the link below.
