Important Memo re: Reporting, Parent-Teacher interviews and Extracurriculars

Attached is a system wide memo that was sent to homes through our Synrevoice email system to families that have supplied an email address for attendance purposes regarding Elementary school students.

Please note that the memo summarizes the following;

  • Elementary grade Progress report cards
  • Parent-Teacher interviews
  • Extracurricular activities

    Is Grade 9, considered Elementary? So no report cards for grade 9 students?

      Grade 9 students will be receiving a Report Card on November 6th as the Secondary teacher sanctions related to reporting begin after the reporting due date. Please note that grade 9 students will receive marks in all subject areas, but comments will only be provided if the subject course is taught by a Secondary teacher. Therefore some subjects will only have a mark but no comment.
